Welcome Caterers covers 56 neighbourhoods across 5 regions, from Pune city and Pimpri-Chinchwad through Hadapsar-Kharadi to the Lonavala-Khandala and Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar belts. Rates run ₹450–₹2,200 per plate depending on menu, counters and service style, for bookings of 100 guests and above. We plan one live counter per 75 guests and take bookings two to three weeks ahead.

From Koregaon Park lawns and Kothrud banquet halls to Baner rooftop venues and Camp heritage clubs, our Pune team caters weddings, corporate events and large celebrations of 100+ guests across the city's core and western neighbourhoods.
Every Pune city neighbourhood on this page sits inside the standard service run, so travel and logistics are not quoted on top of the per-plate rate.
Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi and the Hinjewadi-Wakad IT corridor are covered daily by a dedicated PCMC kitchen crew, with live counters set up on site at township clubhouses, lawns and corporate campuses for weddings and large events.
The whole PCMC and Hinjewadi-Wakad belt sits inside the standard service run, so no travel line appears on the quote.
Hadapsar, Kharadi, Magarpatta and Wagholi are home to Pune's largest IT campuses and township clubhouses, and our East Pune crew runs weddings, offsites and large corporate events of 100+ guests across the belt.
Hadapsar, Kharadi, Magarpatta, Mundhwa and Wagholi are inside the standard service run; venues further out on the Ahmednagar road are quoted with travel added.

Lonavala and Khandala are the outer edge of our standard service run from Pune; Kamshet, Karla and the Pawna-Mulshi lakeside venues are served by the same travelling brigade, and anything beyond is quoted with travel and logistics on top.

This belt sits well beyond Lonavala, so travel and logistics for the brigade and equipment are quoted on top of the per-plate rate rather than folded into it. We still run the same recce, counter plan and staffing process as any Pune event.
